Here's an idea for Reflections (since it was brought up as a need last time we met) This sheet could be used as an ongoing reflection throughout.. rather than taking time at the end of each session.
How will materials be delivered?
electronically?
binders?
deeper discussion about if the facilitators will stay with each group or if the participants will travel from one facilitator to another - with each facilitator having a specific topic that they repeat for all groups; day two seems linear and consequtive so day 2 may need to be different from the other days
It turns out we will be moving the training to Desert Willow Conference Center and may be reducing the number of participants... We may now have only 3 breakout rooms, which will make like-certificate groups a little interesting.... we'll talk. Taryl
